Refund and Cancellation Policy
At jacobsimham.com, we take pride in our digital products and PDFs. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy (PDFs, Downloads, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDFs, e-books, and digital downloads are final.
No Refunds: Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions: We will only offer a replacement or refund if:
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
There was a technical error on our website that prevented the download.
You were charged twice for the same product.
2. Physical Product Policy (If applicable)
Cancellation: You may cancel an order for physical goods within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Returns: Physical items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
3. Cancellation of Orders
For Digital Goods: Orders for digital products are processed immediately. Once the payment is successful, the order cannot be canceled as access is granted instantly.
For Services/Physical Goods: Please contact us at janesimham@gmail.com within 24 hours to request a cancellation.
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund (due to file corruption or double-billing):
Approval: We will inspect the technical issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.
Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed via Razorpay and credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Netbanking).
Timeline: It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
5. Technical Support
If you have trouble downloading your PDF or accessing your digital product, please do not open a dispute immediately. Contact us first at janesimham@gmail.com , and we will manually send you the files within 24 hours.
